The purpose of The Proviso Action Committee is to promote positive youth development through local policy change in Proviso Township by improving the health and well-being of its communities by the means of partnership.  It is the vision of the Proviso Action Committee, PAC, “to build a sustainable partnership of community stakeholders who are dedicated to systemic solutions that help youth achieve success”.
