1. CALL TO ORDER

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS/CORRESPONDENCE - NONE
3. CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE 2011-02
A. Approval of Ordinance 2011-02; An Ordinance Adopting The Combined Annual Budget And Appropriation Of Funds For The Maywood Park District, Cook County, Illinois For The Fiscal Year Beginning On The First Day of May 2012 And Ending On the Thirtieth(30) Day of April 2013.
-Executive Director has informed the Commissioners that he has included in their packages a copy of the New proposed Budget as well as a copy of the old budget, which includes salaries.
-Commissioner Ratley has informed the Commissioner that they should ask question at any time during the budget approval.
-Executive Director McKinnor and Commissioner Wimbush talked about the pay for the receptionist position and the grant writing position. The also spoke about Barbara Bailey, Mr. English and the IAPD workshop.
-Commissioner Ratley and Executive Director McKinnor spoke about the cost for publication, telephones, radio equipment and other contractual services.
-Commissioner Wimbush and Executive Director McKinnor spoke about cost of advertisement and possibly banners and signs pending that money is leftover to cover cost..
-Commissioner Wimbush, Commissioner Ratley and the Executive Director spoke about staff development in reference to sport and other athletic events pertaining to the park district.
-Commissioner Wimbush, Commissioner Ratley & Executive Director McKinnor spoke about police training and the cost, 809 building and repairs that needed to be completed in order to get the building up and running.

Commissioner Grace motioned to end meeting @ 7:03pm and table for a special meeting once all Commissioners are present, Seconded by Commissioner Ratley.
